How does ordering work?
Download the MACRA app, create your profile by answering a few questions about your dietary preferences and goals, and choose your plan (number of meals per week). Every Sunday, you'll receive a personalized menu for the week ahead. You can swap meals, pause weeks, or cancel anytime.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across major Hyderabad pin codes. Enter your pincode in the app to check.
How much does it cost?
Our plans are flexible. Pricing depends on your plan size and number of servings. On average, MACRA meals cost ₹250–₹400 per serving depending on ingredients and protein type. You’ll always see the exact price before confirming your delivery no surprises, no hidden charges.
Are the ingredients really fresh?
We work with nearby suppliers and pack produce within 24–72 hours of harvest (crop-dependent). Kits are prepared in our FSSAI-certified kitchen and delivered in insulated packaging.
Can I accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. During profile setup, you can specify vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free preferences, and list any allergies. Our system automatically filters recipes to match your needs. You can update these preferences anytime.
What if I need to skip a week?
No problem. You can pause or skip any week from your account settings. Just make changes by Thursday evening for the following week. There are no penalties or fees for skipping.
How long do the meal kits stay fresh?
Packs remain safe for ~4–6 hours in insulated delivery. Refrigerate on arrival. Most kits keep 3–5 days; each label includes a “use by” date.
Are the recipes difficult to follow?
Not at all. Every recipe comes with step-by-step instructions, photos, and estimated cook times. Most meals are ready in 20–30 minutes. The app also has video walkthroughs if you need extra guidance.
How do packaging returns work?
Every week, we provide you a reusable MACRA bag. Just collect your empty boxes in it. Once a week, during one of your scheduled deliveries, our team will pick up the bag. Each successful return earns you reward points, redeemable for discounts or freebies. Simple, sustainable, and rewarding.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Contact our customer support team via the app or email (support@getmacra.com) within 24 hours of delivery. We'll resolve any quality issues with a refund or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority.
